Security and Fire Sales Consultant Opportunity

Cherry Professional is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our client's team in the East Midlands region. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients, identifying and visiting new customers for new business generation, and gathering market and customer information for insight into market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  2. Identify and visit new customers for new business generation
  3. Gather market and customer information for insight into market trends
  4. Maintain and update CRM for reporting processes and to manage pipeline
  5. Work closely with the team and the sales manager to co-ordinate sales efforts and maintain excellent customer service
  6. Generate new leads by warm/cold calling, networking utilisation of existing customer base
  7. Provide effective sales presentations to prospective customers identifying their needs and demonstrating the right product or service required
  8. Carry out surveys, providing cost proposals
  9. Revisiting and following up on completed works to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years proven experience within a similar role in the security industry
  2. Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving similar targets
  3. Ideal to have system design knowledge. Awareness of Hikvision, Paxton, Advanced, Pyronix, Galaxy products
  4. Excellent communications and negotiation skills, able to prioritise and manage workload
  5. Proven account management skills
  6. Full UK driving license
  7. Good understanding of system design and current regulations
  8. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, driving business growth and profitability

Benefits:

  1. Base salary up to 45K per annum (negotiable on experience)
  2. Uncapped commission OTE 55K - 65K
  3. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  4. Automatic enrolment into the company pension scheme
  5. Company car/Car allowance
