About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our clients' fire and security systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service fire and security systems in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Respond to service calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan and execute routine and reactive call visits to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to plan site visits and ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of system maintenance and repairs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
About Our Systems

We work with a range of fire and security systems, including Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec, Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems, Paxton, PAC, and Salto.

Requirements
  • Technical background in electrical and electronic systems.
  • Good knowledge of fire and security systems and their applications.
  • Experience in front-line customer contact and service delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
