Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Possess a strong understanding of SEMH needs and the ability to create inclusive learning environments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
- Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to participate in professional development opportunities.
Salary range: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience.
