We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to lead our Front of House team brigade at the Copthorne Tara Kensington Hotel. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to drive sales growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage departments.

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will have a solid background in hotel F&B operations and a proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure food quality and consistency, and evaluate changes in guest needs to recommend appropriate product and operational changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service and quality
