Leaders in Care is a dynamic and innovative charity service dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by substance misuse. We are currently seeking a seasoned Nurse Manager - Addiction Services to join our specialist clinic in South London.

About the Clinic

Our clinic offers a holistic approach to addiction treatment, combining medical interventions with counseling and support services. As a Lead Substance Misuse Nurse, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing treatment plans that address the unique needs of each service user.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver education programs for service users, family members, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid RGN or RMN qualification with significant experience in addictions
  • Proven teaching and facilitation skills, with experience of delivering educational programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex care pathways
