Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert clinical leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team in the management of adults with diabetes.
• Develop and implement evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols for the management of adults with diabetes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for patients with diabetes.

Requirements:
• Registered Adult Nurse qualification
• Recognized Adult Diabetes qualification
• Master's degree (desirable)
• Extensive experience in adult diabetes nursing, including working as an adult diabetes specialist nurse
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Passion for improving the care of people with diabetes

Estimated Salary Range:
£38,690 - £44,503 per annum
