Deputy Home Manager Vacancy

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Deputy Home Manager at our Children's Home in the North West of England.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people, a Level 3 qualification in Child Care or equivalent, and excellent leadership and management skills.

Job Description:

  • To lead and manage a small staff team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice in residential childcare
  • To work closely with other members of the management team to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • To contribute to the development of our young people through education and life skills programmes

Salary and Benefits:

  • £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
