Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our General Affairs Team as an intern. The successful candidate will support the team with administration tasks, facilities management, IT assistance, company car management, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the General Affairs Team
  • Manage company cars and coordinate logistics
  • Assist with IT-related tasks and troubleshooting
  • Support facilities management and maintenance
  • Contribute to project initiatives and implementation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Pro-active and confident liaison with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
