Position: Senior Cardiac Physiologist - Cardiac Services
Location: London Bridge Hospital
We are seeking a Senior Cardiac Physiologist to enhance our team at London Bridge Hospital, a facility renowned for its exceptional healthcare services. Our institution specializes in a variety of complex medical treatments, focusing on cardiology, oncology, and neuroscience. Our dedicated professionals strive to deliver the highest standard of care to our patients.
As a Senior Cardiac Physiologist within the Cardiac Services department, you will utilize your specialized clinical expertise to conduct a wide array of cardiac physiological assessments and provide outstanding care for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. You will report directly to the department head and oversee the training and development of staff within the cardiac rhythm management team.
Your responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance to the department head and ensuring the efficient operation of our invasive physiology and pacing services. You will exhibit advanced knowledge and skills across various cardiology investigations, performing complex procedures as directed by clinicians in areas such as Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management, and non-invasive Cardiac Physiology.
Key Qualifications:
Degree in Physiology or a related field Experience in Electrophysiological studies and Ablation techniques Proficiency in Interventional Procedures, including LHC and PCI Expertise in Coronary assessment and support for TAVI and other valvuloplasty procedures Knowledge of implantable cardiac devices, including pacemakers and ICDsWhy Choose London Bridge Hospital?
