Job Title: Cardiac Physiologist Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Physiologist Specialist to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing senior-level expertise in non-invasive cardiac investigations, specifically overseeing Echocardiography and Non-invasive services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level expertise in non-invasive cardiac investigations, including Echocardiography and Non-invasive services.
  • Oversee and manage the multidisciplinary team, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to service provision within non-invasive cardiac investigations, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinically effective outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care pathways and protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing Cardiology patients and working within a busy service across a range of diagnostic investigations.
  • Demonstrable senior-level knowledge and experience in Cardiac Physiologist Specialist role.
  • Ability to work flexibly across a shift pattern of 8-8pm.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and educate both the Physiology and wider multidisciplinary team.
