Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist in the Rivoli Bar & Lounge. This dynamic role requires excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly meeting and greeting service, taking reservations, and being knowledgeable about our menus and other hotel services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for guests
  • Take reservations and manage bookings efficiently
  • Be knowledgeable about our menus and hotel services, able to provide recommendations and information to guests
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver high standards of service
Requirements
  • Luxury hotel or bar experience, preferably in a high-end establishment
  • Excellent administrative skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Strong product knowledge, particularly in drinks and spirits
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities
