The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist at the Holiday Inn Heathrow M4Jct4. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring a seamless check-in process, and assisting guests throughout their stay with any queries or requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, make reservations, and provide guests with information about the hotel and local area.
- Manage guest inquiries, deal with any complaints effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Work well under pressure, be flexible and adaptable to changes, and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Prior experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in using software such as MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
