As a specialist in internal communications, you will be responsible for maintaining current business as usual activities while pushing forward and implementing new and exciting changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communication campaigns to engage employees and promote the Employer Brand.
  • Work closely with the Employer Brand and HR Teams to improve communication and avoid duplication.
  • Produce high-quality, well-written copy for internal communication platforms, ensuring it fits with the NEXT tone of voice and Employer Brand.
  • Continually develop and improve our communications platforms, Life at NEXT, and other internal channels.
  • Educate others on effective communication in their teams and business areas.
  • Analyze and report on internal communications campaigns to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support and run internal events for departments or the entire business.

Requirements:

  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to proofread.
  • Solid creative skills, especially in Adobe Suite, with knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace, particularly Google Sites.
  • Event planning experience.
  • Strong people skills at all levels.
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • Optimizing content for SEO.
  • Final Cut Pro/Premiere Pro video editing skills.
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding and its operations.
  • Experience working in an internal communication role or environment.
  • Knowledge of Policies, Processes, Terms & Conditions, and GDPR.
