Care Coordinator

As a Care Coordinator at Riverside Group, you will be working with vulnerable individuals, providing support and guidance to help them rebuild their lives. This role requires a caring and empathetic nature, with a resilient and can-do attitude. You will be working as part of a team to deliver structured support and risk management, helping customers to manage their money, connect with employability coaches, and access other support agencies.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience of working with vulnerable people, delivering structured support and risk management. You will need to be a team player with a caring and empathetic nature, able to work as part of a team. An understanding of supporting vulnerable people is essential, and you may have your own lived experience of homelessness or drug or alcohol addiction. You will also need to be able to work flexible hours to meet customer and business needs, which may not include normal office hours and may include lone working.
