As a Bank Registered Nurse, you'll provide cover as needed, including annual leave or sick leave. Your flexibility will enable us to deliver continuity of care to our residents, while also ensuring that our homes remain fully staffed at all times. This is a great way to work if you want to balance your personal and professional life, while still making a significant contribution to our organisation.

Our ideal candidate will have current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of clinical practices. They'll be able to develop tailored care plans, conduct risk assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for our residents. Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About You
We're looking for someone who is dedicated, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality care. You'll need to be able to work autonomously, while also being part of a close-knit team. A good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is essential.
