Draftsperson Role in Engineering Services

As a Draughtsperson at our client, you will be responsible for creating manufacture drawings of bearings and other gas turbine parts, as well as assisting in the inspection department. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Our client has manufacturing facilities located in the UK, USA, Poland, and UAE, offering an expansive range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that relevant drawings and information are available for other departments to facilitate in the production of required parts.
- Utilize 3D design software to produce engineering drawings.
- Extract information from supplied drawings to prepare basic engineering drawings.
- Reverse engineer existing products using available inspection equipment.
Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: £35k + package depending on experience.
