Purchase Ledger Expert Wanted

Insight Select is looking for a skilled Purchase Ledger Specialist to join their Finance team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, and maintaining excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Post all supplier invoices to the ledger on the accounting system
  • Manage payment runs to meet weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Conduct regular statement reconciliations
  • Provide support for AP and AR practices across the business

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger role
  • Generalist finance/accountancy background
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience or ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
