About the Company: Simon Acres Recruitment is working with a well-established KBB manufacturer to find an experienced Contracts Business Development Manager.

The Job: As a Contracts Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients in the contract kitchen market, selling kitchens into the contracts market, and building strong business relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Identifying and connecting with potential clients in the contract kitchen market
  • Selling kitchens into the contracts market, working closely with house builders, high-rise, and private developers
  • Prospecting, building, and developing new business relationships
  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships

You Will Be Working Closely With:

  • Hause builders, high-rise, and private developers
  • Other professionals in the contract kitchen market

Requirements For The Role:

  • Proven track record within field sales - selling kitchens into private developers
  • Experience of dealing with house builders, high-rise, and private developers
  • Sales Account Management experience (specifically within German kitchens)
  • Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships
  • Strong network and relationships within the contract market
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive for success
  • Able to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Must hold a valid and clean driving licence
  • Flexible with business travel requirements

Benefits:

  • Paying upwards of £50,000 basic (DOE), plus bonus and car allowance
  • UK field and remote-based location
  • Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Total Estimated Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 p/a
