About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Rapid Response & Intermediate Care team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive specialist assessment, review, and evaluation of patient needs, as well as planning and delivering programs of care to promote health gain and maximize independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver on the responsibilities outlined below, as well as those not included here.
  • Provide triage, comprehensive specialist assessment, review, and evaluation of patient needs.
  • Plan and deliver programs of care to promote health gain and maximize independence.
  • Allocate appropriate workloads to members of the Rapid Response & Intermediate Care team.
  • Work with a range of professionals to ensure care is appropriate and delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Valid and current driving license and car to travel to locations throughout Buckinghamshire.
  • Demonstrate profession-specific clinical assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation skills.
  • Ability to motivate staff and work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience participating in research or audit projects.
  • Experience of day-to-day staff management and case allocation to healthcare assistants.
  • Experience of working with electronic clinical systems.
