About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative service that is expanding across Buckinghamshire. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for managing and delivering on the responsibilities outlined below, as well as those not included here.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Providing triage, comprehensive specialist assessment, review, and evaluation of patient needs and carers.
- Planning and delivering care programs to promote health gain and maximize independence.
- Allocating appropriate workloads to members of the Rapid Response & Intermediate Care team.
- Working with a range of professionals to ensure care is appropriate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Demonstrating professional skills and competence in leadership, care planning/co-ordination, and care and treatment delivery.
