Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Advocate to join our Community and Social Justice Programs team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe and supportive environment for participants, helping them navigate challenging situations and achieve positive outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include assessing participants' needs, developing response plans, and collaborating with community partners to address those needs. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to participants, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and documenting program progress and data.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred); 1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-4 years preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills and record keeping, including spreadsheet applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and database management systems.
  • Mandated reporter certification.
Estimated Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.10 per hour
