Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Gem Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and develop plans to improve it.
