Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to coordinate, analyze, and manage the movement of goods. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in inventory management software, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and analyze the movement of goods
  • Collaborate with production planning, purchasing, quality, and warehouse teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels
  • Develop inventory strategies to support sales goals while minimizing excess stock and maximizing turnover
  • Analyze data to optimize inventory allocation and replenishment, ensuring optimal product availability
  • Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes and systems
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Planner, Demand Planner, or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP or ERP platform would be an advantage) and strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
