Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Coordinator to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Utilize SAP data to support distribution operations process shipments, validate inventory movements, and make recommendations to management on optimal processing methods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure inventory accuracy and integrity, and develop continuous process improvement plans to support customer shipments and production needs.
  • Quality Notification Management: Create and process Quality Notifications, maintain relationships with internal customers, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports using Excel, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Interface with other functional areas, including receiving inspection, production control, and shipping department, to ensure seamless execution of QN tasks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of related experience and training.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, MS Excel (V-lookup, pivot tables, etc.), and project management experience.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
