Job Title: Materials Coordinator

Thales is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Centralized Discrepant Material Area (CDMA) team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze SAP data to support Distribution Operations Process shipments and validate inventory movements.
  • Maintain relationships with internal customers to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement continuous process improvement plans and initiatives.
  • Interface with other functional areas to complete Quality Notification tasks.
  • Create Quality Notification Reports using Excel.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of related experience and training.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business workflows related to a warehouse distribution center.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and other communications related to the warehouse distribution center.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • SAP or other ERP system experience; proficiency with MS Excel (V-lookup, pivot tables, etc.).
What We Offer:

The anticipated TTC range for this role is $32,130.00 - $59,670.00 USD Annual. Thales provides an extensive benefits program for all full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week and their eligible dependents, including elective health and dental plans, retirement savings plan, company-paid holidays, vacation days, and paid sick leave.
