About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at TransUnion LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional account management services to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding and Management: Develop and implement customized onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of our products and services with our clients' operations.
  • Relationship Building and Maintenance: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Customer Success and Retention: Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and retention, and develop strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong background in credit reporting or related industries, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
