About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. As a key member of our helpdesk team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with our Remote Support team and Field engineers to resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
