About the Role:

As a Team Leader at Hill Lane Children's Home, you will be responsible for supervising a team of staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the home. You will work closely with our young people to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans to support their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare
  • Previous experience in a residential childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
