Hill Lane Children's Home, situated in the heart of Southampton, is a 5-bedded children's home that provides support and care for children and young people with Learning Disabilities, Attachment Disorder, Asperger's Syndrome, and other associated autistic spectrum disorders. As a Team Leader, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative working environment where you can flourish in your career and make a positive impact on the lives of our young people.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening, including checks with Disclosure & Barring Service and at least 2 references covering the last 3 years.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare is essential
  • Previous experience within a residential childcare setting
  • Resilience, communication, organisation, and caring skills
