We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Hill Lane Children's Home. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people with Learning Disabilities, Attachment Disorder, Asperger's Syndrome, and other associated autistic spectrum disorders.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare
  • Previous experience in a residential childcare setting
  • Resilience to support our young people with varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties
  • Effective communication skills to understand the needs of our young people
  • Organisation skills to update care plans and report relevant information
  • A caring attitude to provide the best possible care for our young people
