Job Title: Care and Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Care and Support Coordinator, coordinating care and support services for service users with complex needs.

Salary: £75 per hour (estimated annual salary £76,800 based on 30 hours on shift and 6 hours admin per week)

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating care and support services for individuals with Autism, Personality Disorder, and Anorexia Nervosa
  • Assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and companionship services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including rotas, audits, and care plans
Requirements:
  • Full UK drivers license
  • Team leader experience within healthcare
  • Experience working with EUPD and Autism
