Your Role: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our store operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, leading and motivating your team, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Set a high standard of service and performance for your team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster individual growth and development.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales revenue by implementing effective strategies, motivating your team, and ensuring adherence to company targets and objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage store operations effectively, including scheduling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the Kurt Geiger brand image by maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to dress code standards, and promoting our values of luxury and style.
Your Profile:

We are looking for an experienced retail manager with a proven track record in driving sales, leading teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. You possess a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the luxury retail market.
