Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales and team performance, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion-forward environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets
