We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales and team performance, and maintaining a high level of visual presentation in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and implement company policies and procedures
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, including health and safety and security protocols

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion-forward environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of luxury retail operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
