We're looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Planner to join our team in Winchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day planning of operatives (direct and subcontractors), ensuring all jobs are adequately allocated, attended, FOW raised, jobs re-booked or closed off as necessary on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reviewing jobs on Dynamics and feeding back into reports, raising any risks to Operational Management.
  2. Ensuring appointments booked meet times with correct allocation, operative and materials required, subsequent jobs booked with residents updated at all times for a positive customer experience.
  3. Tracking daily progress of jobs and PDA usage (Ops accepting, closing jobs, adding notes, FOWs).
  4. Maintaining accurate records of Ops diaries to ensure appointments are met and closed off with FOWs at COP.
  5. Managing emergency allocations and monitoring jeopardy to prevent jobs being booked out of target.
  6. Monitoring and reducing outstanding orders.
  7. Liaising with subcontractors to complete tasks efficiently.
  8. Effective communication with teams to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Continuous review of the Repairs Inbox to raise jobs within 48 hours.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in Planning/Scheduling roles.
  2. Social Housing background is beneficial.
  3. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per year and a Monday to Friday working schedule.
