About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Customer Care Assistant at McDonald's. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting your colleagues to achieve sales targets.

You'll work closely with our management team to ensure seamless delivery of customer services, handle customer complaints in a professional manner, and maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
