Sleep Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Sleep Support Specialist in our residential home for young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Job Description- We provide 24/7 support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in residential childcare and possess a Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- A driver's license is preferred, but not essential, as we provide a company vehicle during working hours.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £27,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a paid induction program, dedicated learning and development opportunities, and a pension scheme.
