Job Title: Healthcare Support WorkerLocation:

Join Nationwide Care Services Ltd in a fulfilling role as a Healthcare Support Worker. This position involves providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, working closely with the management team, GP's, Social workers, and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a caring individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for undertaking administration duties on a rolling rota basis, completing administration tasks, and ensuring that all standards are being maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out initial assessments and risk assessments of each service user within their own homes.
  • Undertake spot checks of staff and service users to ensure that all standards are being maintained.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed record keeping while respecting the service user's privacy.
  • Develop and/or maintain social activities and individual social networks, encouraging service users to undertake these tasks themselves where possible.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working within care is required; QCF level 2 is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Care Council of Wales and CSSIW standards.
  • Able to work under the guidance of management.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as career progression opportunities and full training given.
