**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at WRK digital. As a key member of our IT delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of QA Analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes across IT projects and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have proven experience leading or managing QA teams in IT or related fields, with a strong knowledge of testing practices, including functional, regression, and performance testing. They will also be familiar with QA automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium) and manual testing approaches.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

  • Lead and manage a team of QA Analysts to deliver high-quality testing services across all IT initiatives.
  • Implement and enforce QA processes to ensure consistent adherence to the QA framework and testing methodologies.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to maximise productivity and outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Foster team development through coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QA activities are aligned with project and business objectives.

**The Package:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday, £5.5K Car Allowance, 8% matched pension, 10% annual target bonus, and individual private medical cover.
