We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Web Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our website and its contents, driving revenue and brand awareness through e-commerce stores across Europe, and ensuring the smooth operation of all website aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the website and its contents, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing performance to inform business decisions.
- Forecast sales performance to ensure stock availability and optimize inventory management.
- Identify opportunities to increase web traffic and implement strategies to achieve this goal.
- Ensure the website is functioning correctly, with a focus on user experience and technical performance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more European languages (ideally).
- Experience using digital advertising tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of web development languages and technologies.
- Strong data visualization and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits package.
