Residential Lettings Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Lettings Analyst to join our team at Pear Recruitment. As a key member of our Property Department, you will be responsible for providing data analysis and market intelligence to support our clients' residential lettings business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of residential lettings data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external property developers, local agents, and other operators to gather market intelligence and inform pricing strategies.
  • Collate and analyze market research data to provide actionable insights for our clients.
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data analysis and market research, with a focus on residential lettings.
  • Strong understanding of the property market and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, and experience with industry-wide software such as Hometrack and Rightmove.
