Residential Lettings Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Residential Lettings Analyst to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and insights on the residential lettings market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the residential lettings sector.
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track market data and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in market research and analysis, preferably in the residential lettings sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with industry-specific software such as Hometrack and Molior.
