Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist support to individuals, encouraging independence and promoting a happy, healthy, and meaningful life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care
- Encouraging participation in activities and promoting social inclusion
- Developing and maintaining relationships with service users and their families
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
Requirements:
- No experience is required, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs
- Driver's license is required due to the location
