About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Alternative Futures Group. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals who require support with daily living tasks and to help them achieve their goals.

Key Duties:

  • Assist service users with personal care, medication, and meal preparation
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote independence and well-being
  • Contribute to the development of person-centered care plans
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience working in care settings, preferably with people with physical disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and policies
