Educational Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as an Educational Support Worker.

This role involves providing one-on-one support or in a small class of around 7 students to children with special educational needs or disabilities.

You will work closely with our Educational Development Managers to create and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of children with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to children with special educational needs or disabilities.
  • Assist teachers in creating and implementing lesson plans that cater to the needs of children with SEND.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working with children, inside or outside of a classroom environment (SEND experience beneficial but not essential).
  • Ability to close the gap in performance of all pupils with special educational needs or disabilities.
