Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administration Assistant to join our team in Armagh.

This is a temporary position initially for 3 months with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week.

The pay rate for this role is approximately £11,670 per year, based on a 35-hour working week.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Support Officer, you will be responsible for handling large volumes of calls, providing administrative support to relevant teams, cross-checking documents, email management and dealing with queries.

Your main duties will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound communications
  • Providing administrative assistance to the recruitment team
  • Verifying and processing documentation
  • Managing emails and responding to queries
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 GCSEs all grade C or above, including English and Maths
  • 18 months experience in an administration post
