Job Title: Health & Beauty Account Manager
Department: Client Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at First Call Contract Services, Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Health and Beauty accounts, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and exceeding business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Campaign Execution: Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns, including temporary, permanent, and semi-permanent POS activations.
- Commercial Governance: Ensure commercial governance on all projects, providing clients with high-quality POS in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Work with the Group Account Director to create reporting and forecasting for clients and the business.
Requirements:
- Industry Knowledge: Interest in the Health and Beauty industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's trends and challenges.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time role, working 40-48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with office hours between 8am and 6pm.
The role will be based in Waltham Cross, with occasional travel to Bishop Stortford.
