We are a leading visual communications specialist delivering dynamic multi-channel marketing services to brands and retailers. Our model combines insight, creative, production, execution, and optimisation to provide clients with a broad range of effective and impactful point-of-purchase visual communications.
We operate across 5 manufacturing sites in the UK and Ireland, providing in-house creative/design, POS print, signage, warehousing, underpinned by our proprietary technology platform. Our Client Services team are experienced and knowledgeable people, who aspire to make a difference every day.
Role Overview
The Account Manager will work on a number of Health & Beauty accounts and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be working on various world-class marketing campaigns, including temporary, permanent, and semi-permanent POS activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and take full ownership of your projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring the successful execution of key campaigns within timeline and budget.
- Attend client briefing meetings as and when required, and have a proactive role in offering advice and support.
- Create critical paths based on clients and retailers deadlines, making sure that the production team is aware of the projects and timelines.
- Ensure commercial governance on all projects and provide client POS in a timely manner.
- Provide the Group Account Director with suggestions on how to add value to processes and systems whenever possible, driving more effective ways of working and seeking cost savings.
- Maintain the WIP to-date at all times, including commercial data that is used for forecasting purposes.
- Ensure that all client information is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
- Work with the Group Account Director to create any required reporting or forecasting for the clients and business.
Requirements
- Interest in the Health & Beauty industry.
- Previous POS experience, with a good understanding of the print & production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work to meet clients' expectations.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication skills.
- Confident in front of clients, internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work onsite with clients.
- Demonstrates a positive and 'can do' approach at all times.
- Ability to be adaptable to business needs.
- Willingness to embrace change and look for ways to improve.
- Good IT skills, especially MS Word and PowerPoint, and Excel.
