Patient Needs Assessor

As a Patient Needs Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of individuals' physical, mental health, or learning disabilities and how these affect their daily living activities and mobility.

We are looking for registered clinicians (Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic) with 12 months post-graduate experience in a broad-based setting. You will use your expertise to complete comprehensive assessments and produce professional reports based on the evidence gathered.

This is an exciting opportunity for clinicians seeking a change from night and weekend shifts. As a Patient Needs Assessor, you will work flexible hours with no evening or weekend work. Full training will be provided, making prior experience unnecessary.
