Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our catering team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, nutritious meals to our residents while maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen colleagues to deliver exceptional catering services.
- Develop and implement menus in consultation with residents, families, and catering committees.
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals that cater to individual nutritional needs and dietary requirements.
- Manage the catering budget and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor and replenish kitchen and food stocks, maintaining accurate records.
- Supervise and train kitchen colleagues, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction.
- Chef qualification and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Food Hygiene Certificate and HACCP documentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and remain calm under pressure.
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
